At the end of this phase, you’ll clearly see the possibilities and understand trade-offs.

With your goals established, we convert them into technical requirements: which systems, how they must perform, integration needs, architectural constraints, and future expansion considerations. We prepare detailed specifications that spell out product types, functional behaviors, interface needs, wiring and power allowances, code or standards compliance, and finishes.

We collaborate with your architect, interior designer, or general contractor to align everything upfront.

A complex automation project must stay on schedule, on budget, and on point. Our project managers coordinate between you, your contractors, installers, and all trades. We monitor progress, problem-solve proactively, and keep you informed along the way.

Even when hidden, wiring is the backbone of your smart system. Quality cabling, clean paths, future-proof wire runs, and careful labeling are essential. Our technicians install all wiring—AV, data, power, control—according to the engineered plans. We prioritize organization and serviceability so your system is clean, professional, and flexible.

This is when the design becomes reality. We bring in all components and assemble them carefully according to plan. Our installers have deep experience across brands and systems, enabling them to fine-tune each device and function to its full potential.

Installation is about more than connection—it’s about craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Once everything is installed and tested, we hand over full documentation: wiring diagrams, device maps, control logic, interface guides, and maintenance recommendations. We walk you through the system—teaching you how to get the most from it—and hand you the keys (virtually) to control it.

Your system doesn’t peak at install—it evolves. We provide remote monitoring to track performance, detect faults, and tune systems for optimum energy use and reliability.

Scheduled checkups, firmware updates, and system tuning ensure your technology continues to run beautifully. When problems happen, our support team responds quickly—it’s part of our commitment.
